Terms, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Customer acknowledges that vehicle interiors contaminated with bodily fluids, mold, mildew, or rodent feces require specialized antimicrobial extraction. While Shop employs commercial-grade disinfectants and steam extraction, Shop does not certify vehicles as sterile medical environments and cannot guarantee complete elimination of mold spores embedded in deep seat foam padding.
2. Severe Pet Hair & Carpet Fiber Entanglement
Certain animal hair types possess microscopic barbs that weave deeply into automotive carpet backing and upholstery weave. Mechanical agitation tools (pumice stones, rubber blades, and high-velocity air) are required for extraction. Customer acknowledges that complete 100% hair eradication may cause minor pre-existing carpet fuzzing or fiber fraying on aged fabrics.
3. Ozone & Thermal Fogging Odor Recurrence Disclaimer
Ozone gas and thermal fogging neutralize airborne and surface odor molecules. If smoke tar or pet urine has soaked deeply into headliner backing, seat foam cushions, or the AC evaporator core, odor may faintly re-emerge under high humidity conditions. Shop guarantees significant odor reduction but does not warrant permanent zero-odor on severely compromised vehicles.
4. Headliner Glue Age & Delamination Warning

Shop is fully released from liability for sagging, bubbling, or delamination on vehicles over 5 years old where factory glue has oxidized.

Post-Service Handover & Satisfaction
