4. Third-Party Seller & Dealer Non-Affiliation
Inspector acts as an independent contractor with zero financial interest in the transaction between Customer and the vehicle seller/dealership. Inspector receives no referral commissions, kickbacks, or incentives related to the vehicle’s sale or negotiation.
Pre-Service Authorization & Assent
Customer agrees to pre-service condition log, certifies removal of personal property, and agrees to all liability terms stated above.
Post-Service Handover & Satisfaction
Customer confirms visual satisfaction on finished surfaces upon pickup, subject to standard 48-hour discovery window.
